• Reduce carbon emissions by implementing a multitude of sustainable practices as much as we can across our transportation, décor, food & beverage, venue selection and the items that we consume and use
• Encourage attendees to book flights with no/minimal layovers
• Track our carbon footprint through the use of the TRACE software
• Offset carbon emissions, including for client and staff flights, by investing in reputable and third party-verified projects
• Encourage partners to offset their travel by investing in reputable and third party-verified projects
• Walk to venues with a 20-minute or less commute, and provide group transportation for longer distances (if possible, electric). In addition, the EV company providing airport transportation will plant a tree for each EV transfer provided to and from the airport
• Prioritize venues and restaurants implementing sustainable practices (a LEED certified building and a carbon neutral restaurant to name a few)
