SDG 17.17 – Encourage and promote effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships, building on the experience and resourcing strategies of partnerships.

We are attracting trade, investment and business relationships and events to Edmonton, Alberta and supporting collaboration across the business events and tourism sectors by hosting Innovate Canada 2024 – Agribusiness.  

• Encourage Clients and Partners to develop and strengthen lasting domestic and cross-border relationships through Innovate Canada 2024 – Agribusiness
• Implement initiatives that align with the Canada Business Events Sustainability Plan. Developed by Destination Canada, this is a national program aimed at improving the economic, social and environmental sustainability practices of business events hosted in Canada. The plan includes coaching, training and education to 16 domestic partners to build on their existing sustainability programs, including Innovate Canada partners:
