Destination Canada’s Business Events team will be providing complimentary accommodations at the Fairmont Empress for the duration of the event, from September 11–14, 2023*. You will be asked during registration to pick your check in and check out dates; we will make all necessary arrangements on your behalf. Should you wish to extend your stay outside these dates, we have negotiated a preferred rate for three days pre- and three days post-program. Availability may be limited.

*For those guests whose flight itinerary requires a September 10 arrival and/or September 15 departure due to restricted flight times, Destination Canada’s Business Events team will cover the additional cost of the required room stay.
