Destination Canada’s Business Events team will be booking your accommodations at the Fairmont Empress for the duration of the event, from September 11-14, 2023*. Should you wish to extend your stay outside these dates, we would be pleased to make the necessary arrangements to extend your stay on your behalf. We have negotiated a preferred rate for three days pre- and three days post-program. Availability may be limited.
Please note: Partners are responsible for their own accommodation costs. We have negotiated a group rate of $309/night plus applicable taxes and fees.
