We ask that your flight arrive no later than 1:00 pm on Monday, May 8 to be able to participate in the partner briefing at 4:00 pm. Please book your departure from Toronto's Pearson International Airport no earlier than 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 11, 2023.

Applicable rules:
- The booking is to be made to the following city: Toronto, YYZ (ON)
- The travel period begins Sunday, April 30, 2023 and ends Friday, May 19, 2023.
- Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- For North America' 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel 10% on standard fares & higher.
Arrival and departure transfers to and from the airport are at your own expense. All transfers during Innovate Canada will be provided.
For all transfers during the event, please meet in the lobby of the Delta Hotel Waterloo by the Innovate Canada sign and you will be escorted to your shuttles.
As Innovate Canada will be Destination Canada's first sustainable event, we would ask that you consider purchasing carbon offsets for your flights.
