Partners and Agribusiness sector experts attending Innovate Canada 2024 are required to book their own flights. We ask that your flight arrive no later than 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 5 to be able to participate in the partner briefing at 4:00 pm. Please book your departure from Edmonton International Airport (YEG) no earlier than 4:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2024.

Applicable rules:
- The booking is to be made to the following city: Edmonton, Alberta (YEG)
- The travel period begins Tuesday, October 29, 2024 and ends Friday, November 15, 2024.
- Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- For North America' 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel' 10% on standard fares & higher.
Arrival and departure transfers to and from the airport are at your own expense. All transfers during Innovate Canada will be provided. Prior to the event we will provide a shared spreadsheet where you can indicate your arrival and departure times to see if carpooling to or from the airport is possible.
For all transfers during the event, please meet in the lobby of the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District by the Innovate Canada sign and you will be escorted to your shuttles.
As Innovate Canada 2024 - Agribusiness will be a sustainable event, we would ask that you purchase carbon offsets for your flights and upload the carbon purchase certificate during registration.
