• Event programming, including one-to-one meetings, innovation tours, on and offsite events, receptions and excursions noted above are INCLUDED with your registration.

• Airfare to Edmonton, Alberta, arrival and departure transfers, and hotel accommodations at the JW Marriott ICE District hotel (negotiated group rate available) are at your own expense. Please note: your hotel stay will be booked on your behalf upon your registration. You will receive your confirmation number closer to the date of the event. A credit card will be required upon check in.
